Jolanda obtained her LL.B degree from the University of Pretoria during 2010 and served her articles at Burden Swart and Botha Attorneys whereafter she was admitted as an attorney during 2012. She is also a Notary Public and Conveyancer. 

As a co-director Jolanda specialises in Litigation, Insolvency Law, Corporate and Commercial Law, Conveyancing, Nuptial services and Family Law. 

She also spearheads the Conveyancing Department– specialising in all property related services including: 

• transferring of corporate and individual and development stands,
• registration of individual and commercial bonds on behalf of banking institutions and due diligence
  investigations.
• drafting of sale of shares agreements for property building companies,
• drafting of sale agreements for private and commercial properties,
• drafting of building contracts,
• township developments; and
• registration of notarial bonds notarial agreements such as anti-nuptial contracts.
