Rachelle obtained her LL.B during 2002 from the University of the Free State as well as her LL.M degree in Mercantile Law during 2004. She served her articles at Webbers Attorneys and was admitted as an attorney during 2004. She is also a qualified Notary Public and Conveyancer.
Previously an Investec Bank employee for 9 years, she gained experience in Commercial banking and Commercial Law. She also successfully completed the programme for the Commercial Property Practitioner.
Rachelle joined the MVB team in 2014 and specialises in the drafting of sale of shares agreement for property building companies, sale agreements for private and commercial properties, building contracts, township developments, registration of development stands, and registration of notarial bonds and notarial agreements such as anti-nuptial agreements. She also deals with Competition Law related matters and has obtained Competition Commission merger approval certificates for various shopping centres.
